Workout Plan - Need help!?
Hi there,
I need some expert advice from Yahoo answers people. I've been travelling for work, and fast food and hotel life has took it's toll on me. I need to get back in shape.
I work-out but it's never a set work-out plan. I work-out and just kind of freestyle it. I know that there are many work-outs available online, but I also know that the Yahoo answers community can be very useful. So here goes...
I need a work-out for home. Please don't say P90x... I have the dvds but I am not too fond of it. I just need a detailed plan like on Monday do this, on Tuesday do this, etc...
Home work-outs only please. I have a treadmill... barbells, push-up cars, and an ez-curve bar.
Help me out! Thanks!
I'm aiming or weight loss and muscle gain.
This site helped me a lot.

There are all sorts of websites and magazines that provide beginner workout plans. I personally like to create my own based on my workout schedule. If you go to a gym, I'm sure someone there could help you out.
