What are the muscle cars today? When I was growing up were:?

Ford Mustang - My personal fav - had a pint Pony Purple with white bucket seats - SWEET! Pontiac GTO: The Great One - The one who started it all! Wildcat Buick, Chevrolet Camaro, Chevrolet El Camino, Chevrolet Impala (giddyap, my 409), Chevrolet Monte Carlo, Chrysler 300, Dodge Challenger, Dodge Charger (General Lee), the Dodge Daytona (200 MPH!), Ford Thunderbird, Mercury Cougar, Oldsmobile 442, Oldsmobile Toronado, Plymouth 'Cuda, Plymouth GTX, Plymouth Road corridor, Plymouth Superbird, Pontiac Firebird, Pontiac Grand Prix ... The narrow definition includes only to mid-size vehicles. In fact, performance-oriented mid-size vehicles did not appear until 1964. Before that, the vehicle manufacturers took existing full size and add extra performance for them. Because of this, full-size performance in early muscle cars are generally considered cars.

Well, my favorite description of a muscle car is a fast car that a young person can afford! That's why were all the cars, Mustangs, Chevelles, Cudas, etc. Back in the day a young man in the early 20's could not afford a Corvette. The same thing today. The Mustang would be a modern muscle car. Opinion identification of 30 thousand. Some other cars with some potential would be a WRX, Evo (who are under 30 years?) SRT4 stopped even ken ma-les Fbody stopped them. Although I guess for under 30 large that could not get a modern GTO! What is faster handles better, even better mileage than the original. Its somthing to think at least.
