Trying to remember a rap song that was a couple of years?

The song was a new artist about 5 years or less. I'm pretty sure that it was the only major artists alone. It was a black man rap about the stereotypical street life. I'm wanting to say that he was in Cleveland or Cincinnati, Ohio, and was open about it. The video was recorded mainly in the ghetto with the artist about driving an 80 Buick Regal or Oldsmobile Cutlass. The car was in bad shape and I'm wanting to say that was brown or other dark color. He also had the vintage looking wire wheels, as seen in the 60 British racing cars, not the flashy style bowl found in today's lowriders. I could not say anything else about the video or the song from memory, so if you could try to help me solve this, I appreciate it. Thanks!
